Special District Local Laws Code § 3001.105","heading":"RULEMAKING.","body":"The board may adopt rules:\n(1) necessary or convenient to carry out district powers and duties;\n(2) to govern its affairs;\n(3) to preserve the public health and welfare concerning the agricultural products submitted to the district for harvesting, processing, distributing, or transporting; and\n(4) to establish a priority on the use of district property and services, including the payment of fees.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
