Special District Local Laws Code § 3001.109","heading":"SUGAR MILL OR OTHER ENTERPRISE.","body":"(a) The district may design, construct, and operate a sugar mill or other agricultural enterprise.\n(b) The district may acquire property necessary for a sugar mill or other agricultural enterprise, including vehicles, farm equipment, other machinery, and related facilities for harvesting, processing, storing, distributing, and transporting sugar cane or other agricultural products or by-products.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
