Special District Local Laws Code § 3001.213","heading":"NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT.","body":"Not later than the 30th day after the date on which an assessment order is issued, the district shall file a notice of the assessment in the deed records of the county in which the property to be assessed is located. The notice must:\n(1) provide a legal description of the property subject to the assessment;\n(2) state the name of the owner of the property subject to the assessment; and\n(3) describe how to contact the district for further information about the assessment.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
