Special District Local Laws Code § 3501.1023","heading":"TRANSPORTATION PROJECT.","body":"(a) The authority may implement a transportation project:\n(1) on the base property; or\n(2) outside of the base property to provide access to the base property.\n(b) The authority may enter into an agreement with a person to plan, finance, construct, or maintain a project described by Subsection (a).\n(c) The authority may construct a building, loading dock, or other facility as part of a transportation project described by Subsection (a)(1).\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 288 (H.B. 4579), Sec. 7, eff.
