Special District Local Laws Code § 3503.102","heading":"GENERAL PROPERTY POWERS.","body":"The authority may acquire, purchase, construct, own, operate, maintain, repair, improve, or extend, lease, or sell on terms, including rentals or sale prices, on which the parties agree, any work, improvement, facility, plant, building, structure, equipment, or appliance and any property or any interest in related property that is incident to or necessary to carry out or perform an authority power.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.02, eff.
