Special District Local Laws Code § 3798.052","heading":"APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF DIRECTOR APPOINTED BY CITY.","body":"(a) The governing body of the city shall appoint one director who must be:\n(1) at least 18 years of age; and\n(2) a resident of the city.\n(b) At any time the governing body of the city may remove the director appointed by the city and appoint a director to serve the remainder of the removed director's term.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 618 (H.B. 4268), Sec. 1, eff.
