Special District Local Laws Code § 3803.106","heading":"PLANS FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.","body":"(a) The district may develop and implement one or more plans for workforce development services. The services may include:\n(1) job training;\n(2) workforce education;\n(3) financing of special educational opportunities; or\n(4) other projects that promote workforce development.\n(b) To assist in implementing a plan for workforce development services, the district may:\n(1) accept a donation, grant, or loan from any person;\n(2) work with a school at any level;\n(3) work with any person that provides workforce development money or projects; or\n(4) participate with any other entity.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 133 (H.B. 2200), Sec. 3, eff.
