Special District Local Laws Code § 3818.102","heading":"AGREEMENTS; GRANTS.","body":"(a) The district may make a contract, lease, or other agreement with, or accept a grant or loan from, any person to carry out a purpose of this chapter on the terms and conditions and for the period of time determined by the board.\n(b) A person may contract with the district to carry out the purposes of this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff.
