Special District Local Laws Code § 3818.103","heading":"USE OF CONDUITS.","body":"(a) The district may:\n(1) finance, acquire, construct, improve, operate, maintain, or charge a fee for the use of its own conduits for fiber-optic cable, electronic transmission lines, or other types of transmission lines and supporting facilities; or\n(2) finance, acquire, construct, improve, operate, or maintain conference centers and supporting facilities.\n(b) This section does not authorize the district to require a person to use a conduit authorized by this section.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff.
