Special District Local Laws Code § 3823.106","heading":"ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSIONS.","body":"(a) The district may acquire, operate, or charge fees for the use of the district conduits for:\n(1) another person's:\n(A) telecommunications network;\n(B) fiber-optic cable; or\n(C) electronic transmission line; or\n(2) any other type of transmission line or supporting facility.\n(b) The district may not require a person to use a district conduit.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff.
