Special District Local Laws Code § 3831.303","heading":"DISSOLUTION OF DISTRICT ON AGREEMENT WITH CITY.","body":"(a) The district may be dissolved by agreement between the city council and the board.\n(b) On dissolution of the district under this section:\n(1) all money and other property of the district are transferred to the City of Temple; and\n(2) the City of Temple shall assume the district's responsibilities regarding all district contracts, debts, and obligations.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff.
