Special District Local Laws Code § 3838.153","heading":"PAYING COST OF PARKING FACILITIES.","body":"(a) The district may use any of its resources, including revenue, assessments, taxes, or grant or contract proceeds, to pay the cost of acquiring or operating a system of public parking facilities.\n(b) The district may:\n(1) set, charge, impose, and collect fees, charges, or tolls for the use of the public parking facilities; and\n(2) issue bonds or notes to finance the cost of these facilities.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 444 (S.B. 1813), Sec. 1, eff.
