Special District Local Laws Code § 3842.006","heading":"ELIGIBILITY FOR INCLUSION IN SPECIAL ZONES.","body":"All or any part of the area of the district is eligible, regardless of other statutory criteria, to be included in:\n(1) a tax increment reinvestment zone created by the City of Nassau Bay or another governmental entity under Chapter 311, Tax Code;\n(2) a tax abatement reinvestment zone created by the City of Nassau Bay or another governmental entity under Chapter 312, Tax Code; or\n(3) an enterprise zone created by the City of Nassau Bay or another governmental entity under Chapter 2303, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 589 (S.B. 1999), Sec. 2, eff.
