Special District Local Laws Code § 3846.301","heading":"VENUE PROJECTS AUTHORIZED.","body":"(a) The district by resolution may provide for the planning, acquisition, establishment, development, construction, or renovation of a venue project.\n(b) The resolution must designate each venue project and each method of financing authorized by this chapter that the district intends to use to finance a project. A resolution may designate more than one method of financing.\n(c) The district may contract with a public or private person to plan, acquire, establish, develop, construct, or renovate a venue project.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 87 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 21.037, eff.
