Special District Local Laws Code § 3851.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the district.\n(2) \"City\" means the city of McLendon-Chisholm.\n(3) \"District\" means the Triple Creek Municipal Management District.\n(4) \"Improvement project\" means a program or project authorized by Section 3851.102, inside or outside the district.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 794 (H.B. 4085), Sec. 1, eff.
