Special District Local Laws Code § 3851.104","heading":"RULES; ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The district may adopt and enforce rules:\n(1) to administer or operate the district;\n(2) for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's properties and facilities; or\n(3) to provide for public safety and security in the district.\n(b) The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 794 (H.B. 4085), Sec. 1, eff.
