Special District Local Laws Code § 3854.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the district.\n(2) \"Director\" means a board member.\n(3) \"District\" means the Cedar Port Navigation and Improvement District.\n(4) \"Extraterritorial jurisdiction\" has the meaning assigned by Section 42.021, Local Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.02, eff.
