Special District Local Laws Code § 3854.103","heading":"DIRECTOR DISTRICTS.","body":"(a) Each position on the board represents a separate area of the district known as a director district.\n(b) All land in the district must be in a director district.\n(c) Director districts may not overlap.\n(d) The board may establish new boundaries for a director district if it is necessary to provide a reasonable balance in the board representation between acreage, value, improvements, and interests of the property owners in the district.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.02, eff.
