Special District Local Laws Code § 3858.104","heading":"RULES; ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The district may adopt and enforce rules:\n(1) to administer or operate the district or any service provided by the district;\n(2) for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's property and facilities; or\n(3) to provide for public safety and security in the district.\n(b) The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1203 (H.B. 4825), Sec. 1, eff.
