Special District Local Laws Code § 3862.058","heading":"COMPENSATION; EXPENSES.","body":"(a) The district may compensate each director in an amount not to exceed $50 for each board meeting. The total amount of compensation for each director in one year may not exceed $2,000.\n(b) A director is entitled to reimbursement for necessary and reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the board.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1365 (S.B. 1601), Sec. 1, eff.
