Special District Local Laws Code § 3868.154","heading":"TOWN REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) An improvement project in the town must comply with any applicable requirements of the town, including codes and ordinances, that are consistent with the development agreement.\n(b) The district may not provide, conduct, or authorize any improvement project on the town's streets, highways, rights-of-way, or easements without the consent of the governing body of the town.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1190 (H.B. 3819), Sec. 1, eff.
