Special District Local Laws Code § 3868.155","heading":"IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND SERVICE IN DEFINABLE AREA.","body":"The district may undertake an improvement project or service that confers a special benefit on a definable area in the district and levy and collect a special assessment on benefited property in the district in accordance with:\n(1) Chapter 372, Local Government Code; or\n(2) Chapter 375, Local Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1190 (H.B. 3819), Sec. 1, eff.
