Special District Local Laws Code § 3874.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the district's board of directors.\n(2) \"City\" means the City of Dallas.\n(3) \"District\" means the Cypress Waters Municipal Management District.\n(4) \"Improvement project\" means a project authorized by Section 3874.102:\n(A) inside the boundaries of the district; and\n(B) in areas outside but adjacent to the boundaries of the district if the project is for the purpose of extending public infrastructure improvements beyond the district's boundaries to a logical terminus.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 586 (S.B. 2466), Sec. 1, eff.
