Special District Local Laws Code § 3875.034","heading":"RULES AND REGULATIONS.","body":"The district may adopt, amend, and enforce by ordinary civil remedies reasonable rules and regulations:\n(1) for the administration and operation of the district;\n(2) for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's properties and facilities; and\n(3) to provide for public safety and security within the district.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., Ch. 1204 (H.B. 3647), Sec. 1, eff.
