Special District Local Laws Code § 3876.108","heading":"ANNEXATION OR EXCLUSION OF LAND.","body":"(a) The district may annex land as provided by Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code, only if the City of Lake Jackson by ordinance or resolution consents to the annexation.\n(b) The district may exclude land as provided by Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code. Section 375.044(b), Local Government Code, does not apply to the district.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1083 (H.B. 4775), Sec. 1, eff.
