Special District Local Laws Code § 3879.109","heading":"USE OF CONDUITS.","body":"(a) The district may finance, acquire, construct, improve, operate, maintain, or charge a fee for the use of district conduits for:\n(1) fiber-optic cable;\n(2) electronic transmission lines; or\n(3) other types of transmission lines and supporting facilities.\n(b) The district may not require a person to use a district conduit.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 872 (S.B. 2510), Sec. 1, eff.
