Special District Local Laws Code § 3886.106","heading":"RULES; ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The district may adopt rules:\n(1) to administer or operate the district;\n(2) for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's property and facilities; or\n(3) to provide for public safety and security in the district.\n(b) The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.\n(c) To the extent a district rule conflicts with a town rule, order, or regulation, the town rule, order, or regulation controls.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1077 (H.B. 4752), Sec. 1, eff.
