Special District Local Laws Code § 3895.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the district's board of directors.\n(2) \"City\" means the City of Rowlett, Texas.\n(3) \"Director\" means a board member.\n(4) \"District\" means the Rowlett Pecan Grove Management District.\n(5) \"Improvement project\" means any program or project authorized by Section 3895.102, inside or outside the district.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1203 (S.B. 233), Sec. 1, eff.
