Special District Local Laws Code § 3897.151","heading":"MUNICIPAL REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) An improvement project in a municipality must comply with any applicable municipal requirements, including codes and ordinances.\n(b) The district may not provide, conduct, or authorize any improvement project on the municipality's streets, highways, rights-of-way, or easements without the consent of the governing body of that municipality.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 656 (S.B. 1184), Sec. 1, eff.
