Special District Local Laws Code § 3897.202","heading":"CONTRACT TERMS.","body":"(a) In this section, \"note\" includes a bond anticipation note.\n(b) A contract the district enters into to carry out a purpose of this chapter may be on any terms and for any period the board determines, including an obligation to issue a negotiable or nonnegotiable note or warrant payable to a municipality, a county, or any other person for the payment or reimbursement of any district costs.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 656 (S.B. 1184), Sec. 1, eff.
