Special District Local Laws Code § 3900.204","heading":"OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE TAX.","body":"(a) If authorized at an election, the district may impose an operation and maintenance tax in accordance with Section 49.107, Water Code.\n(b) The board shall determine the tax rate.
