Special District Local Laws Code § 3901.171","heading":"CONDUIT FACILITIES.","body":"(a) The district may finance, acquire, construct, improve, operate, maintain, or charge a fee for the use of conduits for:\n(1) fiber-optic cable and supporting facilities;\n(2) electronic transmission and distribution lines and supporting facilities; or\n(3) other types of transmission and distribution lines and supporting facilities.\n(b) The district may not require a person to use a district conduit for a purpose described by Subsection (a)(1) or another telecommunications purpose.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 897 (S.B. 1362), Sec. 13, eff.
