Special District Local Laws Code § 3902.054","heading":"EX OFFICIO DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) The governing body of the city may appoint up to three persons to serve ex officio as nonvoting directors.\n(b) An ex officio director is not counted for purposes of determining a quorum.\n(c) Section 3902.052 does not apply to this section.\n(d) An ex officio director:\n(1) is entitled to all notices and information given to and accessible to a director; and\n(2) may attend any board meeting, regardless of whether the meeting is open or closed to the public.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1195 (H.B. 3859), Sec. 1, eff.
