Special District Local Laws Code § 3902.110","heading":"CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN.","body":"(a) The district shall prepare a plan that includes:\n(1) a description of each improvement project to be constructed in the district;\n(2) the timing of construction for each improvement project to be constructed in the district;\n(3) the financing and general budget of each improvement project to be constructed in the district; and\n(4) any other information the city needs to make a decision on the plan.\n(b) The district shall submit the plan to the city for approval.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1195 (H.B. 3859), Sec. 1, eff.
