Special District Local Laws Code § 3902.301","heading":"AUTOMATIC DISSOLUTION.","body":"The district dissolves and this chapter expires on September 1, 2018, if:\n(1) the district does not have outstanding debt or other obligations; and\n(2) a developer does not begin, on or before September 1, 2018, to construct a road or other improvement project in the district that is to be financed with district bonds or other obligations in accordance with a capital improvement plan or financial plan approved by the city.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1195 (H.B. 3859), Sec. 1, eff.
