Special District Local Laws Code § 3902.302","heading":"DISSOLUTION BY CITY.","body":"(a) The city may dissolve the district by ordinance.\n(b) The city may not dissolve the district until:\n(1) the district's outstanding debt or contractual obligations have been repaid or discharged; or\n(2) the city agrees to succeed to the rights and obligations of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1195 (H.B. 3859), Sec. 1, eff.
