Special District Local Laws Code § 3910.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the district's board of directors.\n(2) \"City\" means the City of Houston.\n(3) \"County\" means Harris County.\n(4) \"Director\" means a board member.\n(5) \"District\" means the Harris County Improvement District No. 23.\n(6) \"East End district\" means the Greater East End Management District created under Chapter 3807.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1331 (S.B. 690), Sec. 1, eff.
