Special District Local Laws Code § 3911.054","heading":"EX OFFICIO DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) The following persons serve ex officio as nonvoting directors:\n(1) the city manager of the city; and\n(2) the chief financial officer of the city.\n(b) An ex officio director is entitled to notice of board meetings and to speak on a matter before the board.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 587 (H.B. 3852), Sec. 1, eff.
