Special District Local Laws Code § 3911.106","heading":"RULES; ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The district may adopt rules:\n(1) to administer or operate the district; or\n(2) for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's property and facilities.\n(b) The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 587 (H.B. 3852), Sec. 1, eff.
