Special District Local Laws Code § 3916.207","heading":"CONDUITS.","body":"(a) The district may finance, acquire, construct, improve, operate, maintain, or charge a fee for the use of conduits for:\n(1) fiber-optic cable and supporting facilities;\n(2) electronic transmission and distribution lines and supporting facilities; or\n(3) other types of transmission and distribution lines and supporting facilities.\n(b) The district may not require a person to use a conduit for a purpose described by Subsection (a)(1) or for any other telecommunications purpose.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1112 (H.B. 3860), Sec. 1, eff.
