Special District Local Laws Code § 3918.0201","heading":"GOVERNING BODY; TERMS.","body":"(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors who serve staggered terms of four years with two or three directors' terms expiring June 1 after the fourth anniversary of the date of the directors' appointment.\n(b) The board may not create an executive committee to exercise the powers of the board.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 990 (H.B. 4638), Sec. 1, eff.
