Special District Local Laws Code § 3933.255","heading":"IMPACT FEES; EXEMPTION.","body":"(a) The district may impose an impact fee on property in the district, including an impact fee on residential property, according to the benefit received by the property.\n(b) An impact fee for residential property must be for the limited purpose of providing capital funding for:\n(1) public water and wastewater facilities;\n(2) drainage and storm water facilities; and\n(3) streets and alleys.\n(c) The district may not impose an impact fee on the property, including equipment and facilities, of a public utility provider or a cable operator as defined by 47 U.S.C.
