Special District Local Laws Code § 3933.257","heading":"PUBLIC SERVICE USER CHARGES.","body":"The district may establish user charges related to various public services, including:\n(1) the collection and treatment of wastewater;\n(2) the operation of storm water facilities, including the regulation of storm water for the protection of water quality in the district; or\n(3) the provision of septic tank maintenance services inside and outside the district.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1239 (H.B. 4155), Sec. 1, eff.
