Special District Local Laws Code § 3936.103","heading":"LOCATION OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.","body":"An improvement project described by Section 3936.102 may be located:\n(1) in the district; or\n(2) in an area outside but adjacent to the district if the project is for the purpose of extending a public infrastructure improvement beyond the district's boundaries to a logical terminus.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 608 (H.B. 3173), Sec. 2, eff.
