Special District Local Laws Code § 3945.0304","heading":"AUTHORITY FOR ROAD PROJECTS.","body":"Under Section 52, Article III, Texas Constitution, the district may own, operate, maintain, design, acquire, construct, finance, issue bonds, notes, or other obligations for, improve, and convey to this state, a county, or a municipality for ownership, operation, and maintenance macadamized, graveled, or paved roads or improvements, including storm drainage, in aid of those roads.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 752 (H.B. 4612), Sec. 1, eff.
