Special District Local Laws Code § 3947.252","heading":"DISSOLUTION BY CITY.","body":"(a) The city may dissolve the district by ordinance.\n(b) The city may not dissolve the district until:\n(1) the district's outstanding debt or contractual obligations have been repaid or discharged; or\n(2) the city agrees to succeed to the rights and obligations of the district, including an obligation described by Section 3947.254.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 656 (S.B. 2244), Sec. 1, eff.
