Special District Local Laws Code § 3952.151","heading":"BOARD DETERMINATION REQUIRED.","body":"The district may not undertake an improvement project or service unless the board determines the project or service:\n(1) is necessary to accomplish a public purpose of the district;\n(2) complies with the development agreement and consent application or the parties to the development agreement and consent application agree to the project or service, in writing; and\n(3) is authorized by an ordinance of the city that consents to the creation of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 645 (H.B. 4347), Sec. 1, eff.
