Special District Local Laws Code § 3983.0101","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the district's board of directors.\n(2) \"City\" means the City of Dallas.\n(3) \"Director\" means a board member.\n(4) \"District\" means the Oak Farms Municipal Management District.\n(5) \"Exempt property\" means property owned by a governmental entity, including the city.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 475 (H.B. 4733), Sec. 1, eff.
