Special District Local Laws Code § 3985.0109","heading":"MUNICIPAL CONSENT OR AGREEMENT.","body":"(a) The district shall comply with all applicable requirements of a municipal ordinance or resolution that consents to the creation of the district or to the inclusion of land in the district.\n(b) An agreement between the district and a municipality related to municipal consent to the creation of the district, including a development agreement, is valid and enforceable.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 472 (H.B. 4680), Sec. 1, eff.
