Special District Local Laws Code § 3985.0202","heading":"QUALIFICATIONS.","body":"(a) To be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be at least 18 years old.\n(b) Of the elected directors:\n(1) two directors must be qualified under Section 375.063, Local Government Code; and\n(2) one director must be a resident of the city.\n(c) The directors appointed by the governing body of the city must be residents of the city.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 472 (H.B. 4680), Sec. 1, eff.
